I offer Mindfulness-Workshops for companies, organizations, schools ect. to get a first insight into the subject. We try different meditations, talking about stress triggers and reaction, stress intensifiers, thought patterns, communication habits and get into interchange, of how to implement mindful attitudes into everyday life.

The workshops can vary between a two hours to an eight hours course, depending on the interests of the company. It can be individually planned for the needs of the group, putting the focus on certain topics.

MINDFULNESS RETREAT

Our everyday life is often characterised by stress and hectic, we rush from one place to another. How would it be if you simply slowed down for a few days? Take time for yourself and enjoy yourself? Let nature take its effect on you? Enjoy the peace and quiet?

And then return to your everyday life invigorated and full of energy. And surely you will take some of the mindfulness you have gained into your life.

About the retreat:

The retreat is all about mindfulness. In the daily half-day workshop we approach the topic through meditations, mindfulness exercises and with mindful writing exercises. We go out into nature and experience it in a mindful way. We will also look at different topics related to stress and our feelings of stress in order to reflect on ourselves and to be able to deal with ourselves in a more benevolent and mindful way.

The afternoons and evenings are free for you. You can hike to the puentes colgantes or the charco azul, climb the mountains, do yoga on the roof terrace, relax, unwind. The accommodation is in a very quiet location with a wonderful view of the Chulilla gorge. The cosy rooms and warm hosts of the guesthouse make it easy to feel at home, and the healthy and delicious food makes your stay a well-rounded, mindful experience.

The costs for the retreat vary on room type between 390€-420€ and will be settled with the Guesthouse La Baranda.
